Now you know it is.
Many people in the Polish community in the UK are still asking that question. This role is about helping them answer it.
AVG Education helps adults living in the UK return to education and study for a UK degree. Eligible students may be able to access government student funding, with no upfront fees.
We are looking for UK university students who want to earn extra income by connecting people in their community with this opportunity.
What you will do
🔹 Share your own university journey with friends, family, colleagues and your wider network, in Polish or English
🔹 Listen to what people want for their career and their future
🔹 Refer interested people to our admissions team. We handle eligibility, applications and everything else.
Who we are looking for
🎓 You are currently studying at a UK university and funded through government student finance
🇬🇧 You live in the UK and have the right to work freelance in the UK (applications from outside the UK will not be considered)
⭐ Ideally, you also speak Polish and are connected to the Polish community in the UK
✨ You have a network: family, parish, Polish Saturday school, work, community groups, WhatsApp or Facebook groups
✨ You are self-motivated and can work independently around your studies
What you get
💷 £300–£500 commission for each eligible student who enrols
⚠️ This is commission only. There is no fixed salary and no hourly pay.
⏰ Work when it suits you, around lectures, deadlines and exams
🎓 Full training, marketing materials and ongoing support

This is a self-employed role. You are responsible for declaring your income to HMRC. Partners share their experience and refer people. They do not advise on funding eligibility, which is assessed by our admissions team.
