Join Our Growing Team at AVG Education. AVG Education is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and ambitious student recruiter to join our Canary Wharf office. We specialize in supporting students with university and college applications across the UK, working closely with higher education institutions and subagents. If you are confident, organized, and passionate about education and recruitment, this opportunity is for you.
Your Role
- Conduct one-to-one consultations with prospective students.
- Provide detailed information about academic programs, campus life, and career opportunities.
- Assess students’ needs and guide them towards suitable programs.
- Support students throughout the application process (documentation & deadlines).
- Maintain professional relationships with university admissions teams.
- Follow up with students to ensure successful enrollment.
- Update and manage student records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with subagents.
- Support marketing activities and promote courses via social media.
- Maintain office organization and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment and/or sales (preferred)
- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Professional, proactive, and target-driven mindset
