AVEVA is creating software trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies. AVEVA is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Apprentice to join our Cambridge team! The TA Apprentice will be supporting our Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Team in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling and business operations.

The position will help coordinate and organise several important logistics and processes in support of our Early Career and Experienced hire recruiters. The role will help manage and provide consultation on Internal hiring, ensuring that HR processes and procedures are followed.

Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule formal interviews and handle logistics with both new graduate and experienced candidates.
  • Assist with on-campus events including career fairs, information sessions, technical talks, and other networking/relationship events.
  • Review applicants' CVs and schedule screening/telephone calls, supporting to assess their suitability.
  • Regularly update and maintain job postings on Workday.
  • Assist the Internship Program Manager to help deliver a great intern experience during their time at AVEVA.
  • Oversee various onboarding tasks for hires.
  • Support the full Talent Acquisition Process, with the view to be able to operate as a Talent Acquisition Specialist by the end of the apprenticeship period.

It’s possible we’re hiring for this position in multiple countries, in which case the above benefits apply to the primary location. Specific benefits vary by country, but our packages are similarly comprehensive.

By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
