The SVP, Portfolio & Digital Marketing is responsible for leading AVEVA’s global portfolio, industry, digital, content, and AI-powered marketing strategy. The role partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Corporate Strategy, Business Units and other Marketing areas to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, adoption, and retention. This leader will champion the application of AI across marketing, accelerating innovation, improving customer engagement, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision making across the go-to-market organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute AVEVA’s global Portfolio & Digital Marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Lead portfolio positioning, industry strategy, messaging, buyer persona development, and product commercialization initiatives.
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing, content, demand generation, and account-based marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
  • Establish and lead AVEVA’s marketing AI strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI, predictive analytics, personalization, automation, and intelligent content creation to improve marketing performance and customer experience.
  • Partner with Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Sales, and Business Units to align marketing priorities with go-to-market and growth objectives.
  • Drive marketing support for cloud, SaaS, and subscription business transformation, ensuring customer-centric messaging and adoption strategies.
  • Champion innovation across marketing processes, technology, data, and customer engagement models, embedding AI capabilities into the marketing operating model.
  • Establish performance metrics, budget accountability, and data-driven decision-making processes to optimize marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
  • Build, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing global team while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and digital transformation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, influencing business decisions and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
