Job Title: Senior Technical Systems Owner – Oracle EPCM (Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management)

The job
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join AVEVA\’s IT team, supporting global operations related to intragroup arrangements. The primary responsibility is to ensure the EPCM system\’s rules and logic remain fit-for-purpose, reflecting AVEVA’s evolving business model and products. EPCM plays a key role in calculating and managing intragroup recharges, linked directly to the Group’s operating model. This role will also support AVEVA in maintaining compliance with tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- System owner for EPCM, including administration, design, analysis, and development related to Transfer Pricing data models.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for intercompany recharges.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and test EPCM modules and integrations.
- Build forms and reports proficiently.
- Manage data, create load rules, mappings, and data loading processes.
- Manage Oracle ERP data feeds and integrations.
- Drive solution design consensus among technical teams and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver EPCM training.
- Assess impact of Oracle releases and assist in testing scripts.
- Stay updated with Oracle EPCM roadmap developments.
- Support maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist IT Project Managers and Business Analysts in new project initiation and delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
- Develop relationships with business subject matter experts, leaders, and stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good systems knowledge of EPCM, Oracle Fusion, and related tech.
- Understanding of finance, tax, and Transfer Pricing.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
