Responsibilities:

  • Enable sales growth through AVEVA by driving revenue by qualifying leads.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospects or partners, at presentations, industry events, and seminars.
  • Contribute to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of demonstrations that prove the value of our solutions.
  • Engage prospects to understand their specific needs and problems, and contribute to the development of appropriate technical solutions.
  • Understand the AVEVA portfolio and how to position it.
  • Support proof of concepts and/or pilots.
  • Contribute to the definition of standardization.
  • Obtain and maintain the customer’s confidence and respect as the technical solution expert.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related major.
  • Typically, 5 years of experience with AVEVA software products, and 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales or Business Development.
  • Significant practical experience of the implementation of AVEVA solutions with customers.
  • The ability to effectively self-manage and handle multiple, potentially competing commitments at the same time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work alone or with development staff to hands-on develop and present demo applications.

Preferred Skills & Collaboration:

  • Develop good working relationships with clients and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Work with the Sales team in identifying opportunities, providing support at all levels of engagement, and ensuring throughout those proposed solutions are feasible and in line with AVEVA’s strategic objectives.
  • Work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximize the team’s efficiency.
  • Extensive experience providing IT infrastructure support to large user groups that require high-performance connectivity and availability.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior employees.
