The job
A Program Manager will be results-driven and lead cross-functional initiatives that maximize business value from technology investments. This role is pivotal in aligning opportunities and their outcomes with enterprise goals, driving teams to deliver on measurable success KPIs, and ensuring stakeholder engagement across technical and business domains.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for value realization initiatives across multiple technology platforms and strategic areas.
- Collaborate with Portfolio to track KPIs to measure success, assess performance against those measures and work with stakeholders to support course correction as needed.
- Work with Portfolio, Value Realization, Architecture, UX and R&D Execution leadership to align value drivers and execution plans.
- Work in cooperation with Customer Success and Lighthouse teams to ensure the delivered capabilities provide measurable value to our customers.
- Coordinate with Value Realization, Portfolio, Governance and Capability Team leadership to maintain initiative priorities.
- Develop and maintain Initiative delivery plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively addressing barriers to execution, escalating issues when appropriate and ensuring timely communication of changes to stakeholders.
- Monitor and oversee program risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Engage with Senior Leaders through regular reporting and insights which are tailored for executive decision making.
- Help to facilitate higher level planning and backlog refinement on a regular cadence.
- Support change management efforts and stakeholder alignment to ensure sustained value delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in initiative execution.
Essential requirements
- Experience collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- 7+ years of experience with commercial software product development, with at least 3 years in team leadership or managerial role.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or other modern delivery methodologies.
