You will be in charge of accelerating growth across AVEVA’s System Integrator (SI) and OEM ecosystems. Your role will be to drive partner‑led demand generation, strengthen strategic SI and OEM engagement, and deliver measurable pipeline and bookings impact.

You will lead SI communications, support key accounts with partner sales, and build tailored programs that generate pipeline. You will also scale the OEM business through distributors and co‑branded CONNECT initiatives. Working closely with Global Partner Marketing and Field Marketing, you will adapt global programs for EMEA. This hands‑on role requires a proactive marketer who thrives in ambiguity and builds impact from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end marketing execution for SIs and OEMs in EMEA, driving campaigns, communications, and engagement motions that deliver pipeline, influenced bookings, and new logo acquisition.
  • Develop targeted co‑marketing initiatives for strategic partners, aligning closely with partner sales to build plans, track progress, and measure outcomes.
  • Support the creation and delivery of content, messaging, and partner‑facing enablement aligned to AVEVA’s SI and OEM value propositions.
  • Lead the EMEA SI communication stream (newsletters, updates, program launches).
  • Strengthen partner engagement through relevant, timely, and actionable content that increases activation and collaboration.
  • Work with the Partner Marketing Specialist to identify OEMs with strong potential to build value‑driving services on AVEVA CONNECT.
  • Support OEMs on their path to becoming Managed Solutions Providers (MSPs).
  • Partner with distributors to accelerate OEM onboarding and activation.
  • Work with OEM sales leaders to promote co‑branded AVEVA + OEM solutions on CONNECT.
  • Build campaigns that lift awareness, engagement, and demand for integrated solutions.
  • Work closely with Global Partner Marketing to align messaging, leverage global frameworks, and deploy global programs regionally.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Specialist and other teams to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution.
  • Act as the EMEA subject‑matter advocate for SI and OEM value within internal planning and alignment cycles.
  • Educate Field Marketing teams on the role SI and OEM partners can play in driving regional demand.
  • Provide frameworks, best practices, and partner insights to help FM integrate partners into campaign planning.
  • Socialize partner successes and build internal momentum for partner‑led growth.
  • Manage a budget and track performance KPIs including pipeline, bookings, and new logo generation.
  • Provide insights to optimize programs, improve targeting, and guide prioritization.
  • Support MDF management, reporting, and ROI optimization to strengthen partner accountability.
  • Support team or manager‑driven initiatives as needed.
Essential Requirements
  • Strong experience in B2B partner or channel marketing, ideally with System Integrators and/or OEMs.
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch and work in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on pipeline, bookings, and measurable growth impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling partner‑facing messaging and present in meetings.
  • Solid analytical mindset; proficiency with Excel, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo needed.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German a plus.
