We are recruiting for a PRM Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in a financial services role, ideally within asset or investment management, with a solid understanding of various asset classes and their operational characteristics.

A bit about the role:
Aviva Investors partners with a number of key suppliers to deliver outsourced operations, and this role plays a critical part in overseeing these relationships while supporting a varied programme of change. The successful candidate will work closely with internal investment and operational teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure high service standards are maintained for clients alongside robust risk and control management. They will support new products from development through to implementation and ongoing management, while contributing to the Private Markets investment lifecycle within Investment Operations. This includes managing supplier relationships, engaging with investors, and providing end-to-end investment support. Working in a dynamic environment, the role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive mindset to deliver high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities also include resolving transaction and reporting issues for Private Market assets, prioritising stakeholder queries, and ensuring timely, professional communication. The role will contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the investment oversight team, developing subject matter expertise, and partnering with colleagues and providers to enhance operating models and drive efficiencies, particularly through automation and improved data flows across the Private Asset trade lifecycle.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Some exposure to Private Markets investments.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities, plan effectively, and adapt resources to meet tight deadlines.
Capable of influencing decision-making at senior levels through clear communication and insight-driven contributions.
Knowledge of Private Market assets reporting and operational requirements, including working with outsourced service providers to deliver required outcomes.
