- Improving analysis and modelling of third-party costs;
- Monitoring performance through dashboards, scorecards and executive updates;
- Coordinating the COO Leadership Team’s agenda, meetings and offsites;
- Maintaining the organisation’s wind-down planning process;
- Running the COO Leadership Team operating rhythm, including escalation and resolution of critical issues to ensure timely, informed decision-making.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Ability to bring together complex information from multiple sources and communicate it clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in financial and budget management, whether through ownership of a cost centre or supporting the delivery of large, multimillion-pound programmes, with a focus on forecasting and delivery.
- Good understanding of operational environments, technology governance, and transformation approaches within large or complex organisations.
- Knowledge of the Investment Management industry, including custodial and pooled fund structures, alongside an awareness of relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience contributing to, or working within, large-scale transformation initiatives or technology modernisation programmes.
