  • Communicate with the IT Customer Engagement team regularly and proactively to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback.
  • Assist with the budgeting process and operational tracking across the I&O teams.

  • Coordinate the development of I&O service documentation and records, for example, strategies, service catalogues, service level agreements, service reports, and service logs.
  • Coordinate governance activities across the I&O teams working with IT GRC, for example, internal/external audits and risk management.
  • Assist in the development, monitoring and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for I&O services; report on the service performance to the I&O team and IT Office.
  • Assist with the identification and coordination for resolving service issues or incidents, escalating to the Infrastructure Leadership team as needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Higher education in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure service engagement, delivery, management, engineering or solution design.
  • Strong understanding in IT infrastructure technologies – network, servers, storage, backup, security, and cloud services.
  • Experience and/or understanding of infrastructure operations, monitoring, and performance management tools.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles within IT operations.
  • Proficiency in KPI and metrics reporting for service performance.
  • Familiarity with resource and capacity planning in IT Infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve service issues and incidents.
