Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to operationalise the global health and safety strategy across all regions and workplace environments, ensuring consistent implementation and a culture of safety and wellbeing across our global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global health and safety strategy into actionable plans and processes across all sites.
- Collaborate with regional facilities teams and service partners to embed health and safety protocols into daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and global standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Develop and track KPIs aligned with health and safety outcomes, reporting regularly to leadership.
- Lead incident response protocols, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
- Partnership experience with JLL H&S leadership to align all actions and operations.
- Stakeholder engagement with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Support rollout of training programmes and initiatives that promote a proactive safety culture.
Desired Skills
- Proven experience in a global health and safety role, ideally within a facilities or workplace function.
- Strong understanding of international H&S regulations and operational best practices.
- Experience working within a matrixed organisation and integrating global strategies at a local level.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred.
