Position: Finance Associate – Procure to Pay (Full‑time regular; part‑time options available)

Location: Cambridge, UK (3 days at the office)

The job: As a Procure to Pay Finance Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring AVEVA pays its suppliers and reimburses expenses accurately and on time. AVEVA will support you in progressing towards your accounting qualifications while you work in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices as well as travel and expense claims.
  • Validating payment requests.
  • Involvement in Month‑End Close, KPI review and inter‑company transactions.
  • Other day‑to‑day accounting activities as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in a corporate finance team.
  • Problem‑solving: Enjoy getting stuck into problems and troubleshooting issues.

The team you’ll join: The Shared Service Centre is the engine room of AVEVA’s day‑to‑day financial transactions. Our team of 80 colleagues provides critical control and decision‑making support around accounts receivable and payable, expenses, general ledger accounting, and finance ERP data management. We already have an established team in Kuala Lumpur handling Asia Pacific and are expanding the Cambridge team, covering Europe, Canada and the US.
