The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We need a team member to help support our ever growing environment. This includes getting and documenting the requirements, all the way through to building testing and supporting the solution. We need someone that is passionate about helping support our team and business partners to build an easy to use robust solution.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clear articulation and completeness of documentation of solution design for Built & Test teams, internal and external, to deliver to the Design.
- Work with Business Analysts, Platform SMEs and Enterprise Architecture teams (internal & external) to design solutions that fulfil the business requirements and align to the business strategy.
- Assist with testing and defining test cases.
- Run and monitor scheduled processes.
- Integrate logs to ensure there are no errors.
- Raise and assist in triage of incidents and problems relating to integrations.
- Be able to analyse data including doing comparisons to identify differences.
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions and communication protocols (SOAP, API, HTTPS, SFTP, etc.).
- Configure Oracle/Zuora/etc for new requirements.
- Ability to work independently.
- Understand the process and operational impact of integrated data failures.
- Share knowledge and expertise to support business change, release planning and deployment activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions and communication protocols (SOAP, API, HTTPS, SFTP, etc.)
- Able to analyse data within Excel with complex requirements
- Microsoft Power Automate Flow design
- Analytical Business Analyst Experience
