Minimum 05-08 years of experience
Working Knowledge of IT in Oil and Gas, Food & Beverages industries with good understanding of manufacturing , production management, operations management, quality management, plant maintenance, material handling, inventory management, dispatch management etc.
The applicant should have the below Qualifications
- Hands on Operations and Management experience in the Food and Beverages or Oil and Gas.
- Experience in Current versions of AVEVA System Platform or any SCADA product
- Good understanding of the Food and Beverages or Oil and Gas industry with sound knowledge of the supply chain management including manufacturing and operations.
- Should have good presentation and communication skills.
- Should be a good team member, mentor/guide to the junior members with the development activities.
- Should be able to question the status quo of the customer.
- Document activities and findings in a case tracking tool.
- Technical troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnosis of product issues.
- Technical troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnosis of custom application issues.
- Technical troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnosis of custom integration issues.
- Ensure case updates and resolution timeframes are in line with service-level agreement.
- Delivery of product issue workarounds or fixes;
- Replication of customer issues.
- Development of technical documentations.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database development tools and languages (SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL);
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, including VB. net and/or C#
