As part of the R&D Foundations – Common Framework development group, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functional core utilised by several AVEVA products such as – E3D Design, Engineering and Unified Engineering. You will work in a scrum team contributing to consistent delivery and modernisation of our products’ extensive feature set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement functional features as per Product Owner requests.
  • Analyse, investigate and debug issues found both internally (by the team) and externally (by customers).
  • Drive quality throughout our product by taking the initiative on automated testing, architectural refactoring, and communal best practices.
  • Demonstrate sound decision making on individual and team workloads to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.

Desired Experience

  • Confidence in one (or more) of the following languages: C++, Fortran, C#.
  • Comfortable with source control systems (GIT) and automated build pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Practices Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Hybrid working
