Job Description

AVEVA’s Early Careers Recruitment team are actively searching for Product Manager Graduates to join our Portfolio Team starting in September 2026.

As a Product Manager Graduate at AVEVA, you will:

  • Work with experienced Product Managers to support the development and execution of Product strategies, helping to expand our CONNECT platform capabilities and delivering additional value to our customers through domain‑specific applications and hybrid offerings
  • Contribute to how emerging technologies, such as AI and analytics, advance industrial digital transformation
  • Collaborate across global, digital‑first teams and gain hands‑on experience in portfolio management

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Managers and Marketing to assist with market and competitor research
  • Gather customer feedback and usage data; summarise key themes and create reports
  • Explore emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, digital twins, analytics) and share concise findings with the team, supporting innovation on AVEVA’s products
  • Help document product requirements and update user stories; work closely with the Development and UX teams to build and design the right features
  • Support planning and coordination for product releases, collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Build reports and presentations to visualise product metrics
  • Draft enablement content (tutorials, FAQs, blog outlines), and maintain product documentation
  • Identify and help implement opportunities to automate routine product‑management workflows to improve team efficiency

We’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
  • Interest in industrial software, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Hybrid Working
