Job Overview: You are an experienced and execution-focused EMEA Campaign Marketing manager and will be leading the planning, orchestration and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to key industries and growth priorities across the EMEA region. This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine. You will translate global industry campaigns into relevant and impactful regional campaigns to generate measurable pipeline. You will collaborate closely with global and regional marketing, sales, industry leaders, partner marketing, digital teams, and marketing operations to deliver end-to-end campaigns that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, orchestrate, and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA aligned to priority industries, solutions, and growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with global marketing and regional leadership to adapt and enrich global campaigns into locally relevant execution plans that reflect regional market priorities.
  • Design campaigns that contribute directly to marketing-sourced and marketing-contributed New Business bookings pipeline ensuring strong alignment with sales priorities and account strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance across the funnel and continuously optimize based on data and insights.
  • Ensure campaign narratives resonate with industry challenges by collaborating with industry principals and solution teams.
  • Lead the execution of multiple integrated campaigns across EMEA.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B Marketing ideally within enterprise SaaS, technology or industry software companies.
  • Proven experience delivering Integrated Marketing Campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline-driven demand generation and account based marketing.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, collaborative and international environment.
  • Digital-native, organized and thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative to drive clarity and progress.

Hybrid working
