The Job
The role is a remote working role. The role will report to the Senior Executive Assistant to CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting expenses for the CEO & Senior Executive Assistant.
- Researching complex travel itineraries, hotels and visa requirements.
- Assisting with projects (Comms, PR & Media, Customer Engagement)
- Managing and maintaining annual planner incorporating dates from multiple sources.
- Assistance in arranging catering for meetings and group dinner bookings.
- Assistance with event registrations and logistics.
- Tracking of travel locations for international tax
- Raising of purchase orders & reconciliation
- Other duties as required.

- Secretarial / PA experience advantageous but not essential
- Attention to detail crucial
