The Job

The role is a remote working role. The role will report to the Senior Executive Assistant to CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and submitting expenses for the CEO & Senior Executive Assistant.
  • Researching complex travel itineraries, hotels and visa requirements.
  • Assisting with projects (Comms, PR & Media, Customer Engagement)
  • Managing and maintaining annual planner incorporating dates from multiple sources.
  • Assistance in arranging catering for meetings and group dinner bookings.
  • Assistance with event registrations and logistics.
  • Tracking of travel locations for international tax
  • Raising of purchase orders & reconciliation
  • Other duties as required.

Skills & Qualification

  • Secretarial / PA experience advantageous but not essential
  • Attention to detail crucial
  • Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite.
