As Senior License Compliance Auditor in London, you will protect AVEVA’s licensing integrity by leading reviews, guiding cases to resolution, and partnering with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Ops. You’ll manage the EMEA region’s quarterly forecasting and reporting within a collaborative, audit-driven environment. Your work blends fact-based analysis with professional, clear customer engagement to resolve licensing concerns. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams and contributes to AVEVA’s safe, compliant software deployment at scale.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute license compliance reviews and cases end-to-end
- Interpret license agreements to assess compliance and identify gaps or risks
- Maintain high-quality audit trails with documents, evidence, and decision logs
- Oversee external auditing firms and coordinate with Salesforce for case tracking
- Lead case progression, prioritization, and resolution across multiple open cases
- Participate in customer-facing meetings and communicate professionally in sensitive situations
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Ops to align on strategy and outcomes
- Coordinate with channel partners/VARs to support regularization outcomes
- Identify process improvements to templates, trackers, and playbooks
- Support reporting and forecasting of case workload and outcomes
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in compliance auditing, contract/license compliance, legal operations/support, investigations, risk/compliance, software asset management, or related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication, including handling difficult conversations
- High attention to detail with contractual documents and datasets
- Strong organization and time management; ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
