The job involves being part of the Commercial Engagement team to provide a programmatic approach to all communications and engagement programmes managed by the team. This is a highly visible team planning and executing key internal events working globally and cross-function with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project support for all Commercial Engagement Programmes including but not limited to:
    • Enablement led commercial events for internal teams and our partner ecosystem (IGNITE/RE-IGNITE/ELEVATE/ENABLE/ACADEMY)
    • Event website and mobile app development and maintenance (Swoogo/Amego)
    • Commercial comms governance, execution and analysis (Outlook/Poppulo)
    • Internal webinars Programme planning, comms and stakeholder management
    • Partner webinars Programme planning, comms and stakeholder management
    • Content management for webinars and events on-demand uploads (PACE/OneSpace)
    • Support in planning, organizing and executing Commercial Enablement physical and digital events
    • Lead the Webinar Programme working with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with direct and partner channels
    • Managing the procurement process for all Commercial Enablement requirements (Oracle)

Hybrid working:

We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
