This role provides high-quality executive, team, and operational support across Finance Operations, Tax, and IT leadership. The position combines traditional Assistant style support to senior leaders with broader team coordination, onboarding, procurement, reporting, and document management responsibilities. The role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, strong governance cadence, and an excellent experience for senior stakeholders and new joiners.

Essential requirements

  • Proven experience in an EA, Team Assistant, or senior administrative support role
  • Strong diary management, meeting coordination, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office capability
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Confident working with systems and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, Concur)
