Employment type: Full-time regular (flexible working options available)

The job involves being part of the Research and Development function, where the global Cloud DevOps (CDO) team combines software development and cloud operations to provide continuous integration and delivery of cloud-enabled products and solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining, designing, and completing basic to moderately complex test cases and scenarios.
  • Defining test automation for solutions under test.
  • Creating, maintaining, and executing test automation code.
  • Creating, executing, and analysing results for load and performance test suites.
  • Working with the global CDO teams and providing subject matter expertise in quality measures.
  • Continually developing and improving DevOps processes.
  • Proactively reviewing and managing incidents and incident reports.
  • Leading Root Cause Analysis sessions and owning the improvement action items.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with practices and policies.
  • Collaborating with the global team to resolve problems and identify root causes of incidents.
  • Creating and preparing test designs for future phases or sprints in a project.
  • Partnering with colleagues for software testing and defect resolution activities.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement at the conclusion of a project sprint.

Ideal experience includes:

  • Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree.
  • Prior cloud infrastructure and testing experience.
  • Experience successfully implementing software applications in an organization.
  • Experience developing, modifying, and executing test plans.
  • Experience with API test automation.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Visual Studio framework, C#, PowerShell, Python.
  • Experience working in an Agile or SCRUM team environment.
