The intern will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware-related issues, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining detailed documentation of support interactions. The intern will be involved in IT related projects. This internship requires excellent interpersonal skills and a global mindset, as it involves interaction with users from diverse backgrounds and regions.
- Diagnose and resolve common software issues related to Windows 10/11, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose basic network-related issues involving TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP configuration, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Help support ticket management.
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders to provide IT support.
Studying towards a degree in IT or a related field is required. A basic understanding of computer troubleshooting, user incidents/requests, and customer support is necessary. Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking concepts is also needed. The ability to adapt to a global and diverse user base and good communication skills with active listening are essential.
