Experteer Overview In this role you support the end-to-end contract process for AVEVA's sales activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
You collaborate with Sales, Legal, Trade Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders to align on contract terms and approvals.
You will work across the quote-to-fulfilment cycle in the EMEA region and handle archiving and reference metadata.
This is not a lawyer position, but a key enabler of contractual governance and cross-functional impact.
You will contribute to scalable contract workflows and robust compliance within a global industrial software company.
- Pay / Benefits
- Assisted preparation and management of sales contracts ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Ensure adherence to AVEVA contracting guidelines, policies, and processes
- Maintain relationships with Sales, Legal, and other relevant functions to support alignment and collaboration
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Support Trade Compliance, Credit Check, bidding and prequalification within the quote-to-fulfilment process
- Facilitate contract signature by all parties
- Archive working papers and signed documents with references and metadata
- Draft and edit NDAs, termination letters, novation letters, price escalation notices under supervision
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
- Tasks Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience in commercial contracts management and administration
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Attention to detail, energetic, proactive and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, client-focused
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to support EMEA time zones
