This hands-on role requires a proactive marketer who thrives in ambiguity and builds impact from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

  • 1. Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution (SI & OEM)
    • Own the end‐to‐end marketing execution for SIs and OEMs in EMEA, driving campaigns, communications, and engagement motions that deliver pipeline, influenced bookings, and new logo acquisition.
    • Develop targeted co‐marketing initiatives for strategic partners, aligning closely with partner sales to build plans, track progress, and measure outcomes.

Support these OEMs on their path to becoming Managed Solutions Providers (MSPs). Partner with distributors to accelerate OEM onboarding and activation.
    • Through Strategic Direct OEM Accounts: Work with OEM sales leaders to promote co‐branded AVEVA + OEM solutions on CONNECT. Build campaigns that lift awareness, engagement, and demand for integrated solutions.

    • Act as the EMEA subject‐matter advocate for SI and OEM value within internal planning and alignment cycles.
  • 5. Internal Evangelism & Field Marketing Enablement
    • Educate Field Marketing teams on the role SI and OEM partners can play in driving regional demand.
    • Provide frameworks, best practices, and partner insights to help FM integrate partners into campaign planning.
    • Socialize partner successes and build internal momentum for partner‐led growth.
  • 6. Performance, Analytics & Governance
    • Manage a budget and track performance KPIs including pipeline, bookings, and new logo generation.
    • Provide insights to optimize programs, improve targeting, and guide prioritization.
    • Support MDF management, reporting, and ROI optimization to strengthen partner accountability.
  • 7. Ad‐hoc Team Support
    • Support team or manager‐driven initiatives as needed.
