Responsibilities
- Support internal and external audits across EMEA
- Manage end‐to‐end payroll processes for assigned EMEA payrolls in coordination with the outsourced provider
- Deliver payroll and accounting month‐end procedures
- Answer complex payroll queries in partnership with business stakeholders
- Support HR in resolving payroll related issues
- Enter required information from the HRIS system and email instructions accurately and on time
- Ensure completion of statutory returns and other statutory reporting requirements
- Handle all payroll related queries directly and confidently
- Maintain information in compliance with legal and company retention and confidentiality requirements
- Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of company and legislative requirements within the area of responsibility, and advise colleagues on any resulting changes or improvements
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an EMEA payroll environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working arrangement
We work in a hybrid manner. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on‐site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection. Some positions are fully office‐based or may be remote depending on the nature of the work.
