The job

The Regional Marketing Director leads our Europe & South America marketing organisation, driving revenue opportunities through strategic, high-impact marketing. You’ll guide a talented regional team, activate global initiatives locally, and shape campaigns that generate demand, strengthen our brand, and support sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and is passionate about turning insight into measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy in alignment with global priorities and business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day leadership, coaching and coordination of the regional marketing team.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and track campaign performance against KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Lead regional content creation, localization, product marketing, and digital presence management.
  • Drive customer retention and advocacy, and support channel partners and strategic alliances across the region.

Essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a similar discipline.
  • Substantial B2B marketing experience and experience leading a marketing team.
  • Strong copywriting capabilities and excellent command of English.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and effectively prioritize workloads.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, professional work ethic.
