The Fulfilment Process Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence across the end‐to‐end fulfilment processes. The role ensures process efficiency, high‐quality execution, consistent documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement to support smooth business‐as‐usual (BAU) operations and strategic transformation initiatives.

Essential requirements
- Analysis and problem solving
- Experience with change management, process governance, or continuous improvement programs is an advantage.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross‐functional teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‐management skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast‐paced environments with multiple priorities.
Desired skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Experience working with Salesforce development teams
- Strong understanding of fulfilment, order‐to‐invoice, or operational process management within an enterprise software business.

Hybrid working
We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
