This role is focused on the key pillars of the Executive Engagement strategy: Executive Briefings, Executive Events and hosting at our Customer Experience Centers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, adaptable, and skilled in building stakeholder relationships to drive positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute key internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive positive customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing to identify key customer engagement opportunities.
- Create agendas for sales and customers visiting the Customer Experience Centers.
- Support Tier 1 event planning, customer outreach, and executive meeting activities.
- Maintain and manage the Customer Experience Center ensuring operational readiness.
- Manage the executive briefing process: develop briefing documents and prepare executives.
- Track and upload database information to systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Create registration pages, manage invites and upload/download reports using event management software.
- Produce reports to showcase event activity and other quarterly metrics for your office.
- Work with sales, customer success, and regional marketing to align executive messaging with sales objectives and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional sales leaders and regional marketing to amplify the sales message.
- Provide personalized experience for customers and support all engagements in the office that require the Customer Experience Center.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with project management tools and Salesforce.
- Project management skills able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to ground-level sales team.
- Ability to interact with customers face-to-face.
- Customer‐first attitude to ensure a positive experience.
- Understanding of the sales process and how we can provide value through our efforts.
