The Job
Senior Manager - Security & IT Audit will execute the Security & IT Audit plan – plan, perform and report audits, building trusted relationships across the Cybersecurity, IT, and R&D functions of AVEVA Group. Although part of Internal Audit and working with the VP Internal Audit, this is a standalone (individual contributor) role currently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and report internal audit work to a high technical standard
- Closely monitor remediations
- Maintain effective working relationships with technical leadership
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in security and IT audit best practices
Essential Requirements
- CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent
- Detailed knowledge of control procedures within software development e.g. Secure Development Lifecycle, Security, Cloud DevOps and Cloud Security Principles
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Exceptional attention to detail and soft skills
- Ability, desire, and cultural awareness necessary to travel internationally as required
- Collaborative self-starter and well organised

- 5+ years in a similar type role
- Experience of working within a SaaS organisation
