With multiple office projects underway across regions, we’re looking for a dynamic customer focused individual to help us deliver exceptional spaces that support our people and our mission. This role is responsible for delivering a world-class workplace and visitor experience across our Cambridge Global Headquarters and London office. Acting as the orchestrator of experience, hospitality, and engagement, the role ensures every interaction, whether an internal meeting, executive briefing, or customer visit, reflects the AVEVA brand at its very best.
Working cross-functionally, this position partners closely with Workplace Experience teams, Facilities & Building Management, IT, Events, Internal & External Communications, Executive Assistants, Senior Leaders and other key stakeholders. The role blends operational excellence with creativity to curate a seamless, premium, hotel-like experience for employees, customers, and senior leaders. From managing high-profile visits to creating a vibrant calendar of events that energises the workplace, this individual plays a pivotal role in shaping how AVEVA is experienced in person. This role is critical to creating and maintaining an energy and momentum following the successful opening of our global HQ in Cambridge.
Key responsibilities
- Visitor & Experience Management
- Design and deliver a consistently exceptional, “five-star hospitality” experience for all visitors, executives, and employees.
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of executive briefings and customer visits, ensuring flawless execution.
- Act as the central point of orchestration across IT, catering, room setup, materials, branding, and logistics.
- Create memorable, high-impact experiences that reflect AVEVA’s innovation, professionalism, and brand identity.
- Events & Workplace Activation
- Develop and manage an engaging calendar of events that animate the offices and foster connection, culture, and energy.
- Partner with Communications and Leadership teams to deliver strategic internal and external events.
- Curate experiences that bring the workplace to life, enhancing employee engagement and customer perception.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Coordination
- Build strong partnerships across Workplace Experience, Facilities, IT, Communications, Events, and Executive Support teams.
- Align multiple stakeholders to deliver seamlessly integrated experiences, often under tight timelines.
- Influence and guide stakeholders toward best-in-class experience standards and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, catering, room management, and technical setup for all key engagements.
- Establish and continuously improve processes, playbooks, and standards for experience delivery.
- Ensure consistency across Cambridge and London sites, with flexibility to adapt to different needs and audiences.
- Brand Representation
- Act as a cultural ambassador for AVEVA, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company’s values and identity.
- Champion a hospitality mindset across all involved teams, raising the bar for service excellence.

- Proven experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events, or customer engagement roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile events, executive visits, or customer briefings.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and coordination skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.

Hybrid working
We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
