SummaryThe Field Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of our EMEA based team and deliver high-impact programmes across events, partner marketing, and customer engagement. This role requires someone who is data-driven, collaborative, and confident through uncertainty. This role will focus on Tradeshows and Field Events, Partner Delivery, Summit Events, Customer Marketing, and Awards.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver a series of trade show and field events across EMEA, ensuring they are on-brand, persona-aligned, and within budget.
- Maximise ROI by generating leads that convert, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and advisory boards to define event goals, content strategy, and attendee experience.
- Lead vendor sourcing and management for venues, agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
- Oversee on-site execution for events, ensuring flawless delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage event branding and materials, including design, production, and logistics.
- Deliver post-event analytics and executive reporting to inform future strategy.
- Execute partner-driven deliverables and ensure alignment with global initiatives.
- Champion a collaborative, solutions-focused culture, remaining calm and detail-oriented under pressure.
- Demonstrate evidence of ROI through well-managed event programmes.
- Embrace AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and insights.
- Travel: Some business travel required; occasional in-person meetings and all event setup in Maidenhead office (c. 5% of time).
- Support the regional execution of Avetta’s user conference, from programme design, to onsite event management.
- Support customer marketing programmes to deepen engagement and advocacy across EMEA to increase case studies, clients speaking at events and video testimonials.
- Reliable and predictable attendance.
- Degree-level qualification plus marketing qualifications or marketing experience in a high-performing team.
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a regional role within a global organisation.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end event programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and client functions.
