The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 Β£ per year.
If residing within commutable distance to our office in Maidenhead, a hybrid schedule would be required (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Candidates within commutable distance are preferred, but those outside of commutable distance (but still residing in England or Wales) may be considered on a remote basis. This position requires being fluent in English AND German. Fluency in additional European languages is highly preferred. Please note: this role requires full working rights in the UK without the need for current or future sponsorship.
SUMMARY
The QHSE Audit Support Professional plays a crucial role in guiding Avetta clients and contractor/supplier members through the pre-qualification and audit process, providing expert explanations and coaching on QHSE Audit requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactive support and outreach for Avetta customers
- Create and enhance Avetta audit resources
- Provide clarification on gap assessments for contractor/supplier HSE management systems, programs, and protocols
- Apply risk and hazard assessment methodologies across various industries serviced by Avetta
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and oral; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, members, and other stakeholders
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills; ability to work under intensive deadlines
- Ability for conceptual thinking and understanding of other major areas of the company
- Understanding of sales, customer service, and business development to integrate concepts and theories
- Ability to communicate and integrate information effectively in both one-on-one and group settings
