An international manufacturer of advanced cooling and thermal management solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support commercial growth across the EMEA region. This role will focus on developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales across the fast-growing data centre and mission-critical infrastructure market. You will work with a mix of end users, consultants, contractors, OEMs, distributors and project stakeholders, helping customers find the right cooling and heat exchange solutions for complex technical environments. This is a strong opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in technical B2B sales and an interest in the data centre sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across EMEA.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners.
- Support sales activity across data centre, cooling, HVAC, industrial or mission-critical markets.
- Manage the full sales process from opportunity identification through to negotiation and handover.
- Work closely with engineering, product and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical sales, business development or key account management.
- Background in cooling, HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchange, thermal management, mechanical systems, industrial equipment or related technical solutions.
- Exposure to data centres, mission-critical infrastructure or large technical projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.
- Confident working with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing opportunities across multiple countries.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA.
