About the Role
Your focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high quality customer service as first point of contact within the home as well as providing a range of administrative services.
Other Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirect calls to relevant staff and record messages accordingly.
- Complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
- Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
