Responsibilities- Deliver high standards of personal care and support residents in all aspects of daily living.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, ensuring independence, dignity and respect at all times.
- Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls risk and signs of infection, and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
- Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their individuality.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
- Can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Shows initiative, respect and adaptability to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
- Is an efficient worker who can follow reasonable directions from team members.
Experience is not required – we offer a thorough induction and training programme.
Requirements- DBS Disclosure check – the cost will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
