Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents. Other responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
- Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
- Completing administrative duties as required.
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must:
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
