About the Role
Your role as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care, creating a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Additional responsibilities include:
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing, noting any changes affecting care plans, and updating records accordingly.
- Participating in person-centred care planning, including implementation, monitoring, and monthly evaluations.
- Supporting residents with medication requirements.
- Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
- Serving as a key contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals, ensuring their requests are addressed and concerns escalated as needed.
About You

- Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar care environment.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Be responsive and flexible to a range of responsibilities.
