Avery Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Miramar Care Home in Herne Bay. You will support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care and create a safe, inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Successful candidates will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar care setting, with excellent verbal and written communication and a compassionate, adaptable approach to care.
