About The Role

As Resident Experience Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our home — ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience. You’ll lead by example, inspire excellence, and work closely with department heads to deliver seamless service across care, housekeeping, dining, activities, and more.

Your Role Will Include

  • Championing resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback
  • Coordinating service delivery across all non-clinical departments
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
  • Managing complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Supporting home improvement projects and budget planning
  • Deputising for department heads and ensuring effective rota planning

About You

You’re someone who lives and breathes our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. You’re a natural leader with a heart for care and a head for strategy with the following experience:

  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or care home settings with a clear understanding of standards, policies and procedures
  • A background in team leadership or supervisory roles
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A caring, respectful, and accountable approach
  • Excellent personal presentation and cultural awareness
