We’re now seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Support Manager to join our award-winning team, supporting our homes across the Cambridgeshire & Norfolk region. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service
  • Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home
  • Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director
  • Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement

You’ll embody our values — caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in everything you do. Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in Care Home management roles
  • Hold a Nursing Qualification with an active NMC pin
  • Be experienced in supporting homes at a regional level
  • Demonstrate strong staff supervision and development skills
  • Hold NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes
