About The Role

Your focus as a Recruitment Administrator will be to support the Recruitment function and work as part of a team to provide administrative assistance with preparation and publication of job advertisements and the maintenance of our ATS system whilst maintaining a professional standard and high attention to detail.

Other Responsibilities Will Include
  • Effectively using our ATS to create, edit and close all roles we have available including the housekeeping of the system to ensure fluidity and consistency across the group.
  • Support and respond to all queries from the wider business through various different functions in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with the wider People team and providing support in compliance where needed.
  • Liaising with hiring managers/home administrators to align on staffing requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
