Avery Healthcare in Reading is seeking a warm Kitchen Assistant to join our Purley Gardens Care Home on a bank basis.
Your focus will be to support the catering function in food preparation and to maintain a clean, hygienic environment that ensures safe production of meals for residents.
You'll work shifts 07:00-15:00 and 12:00-20:00; the role requires the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, good health and safety awareness, and a caring, flexible approach to a demanding workload.
