As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service
- Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home
- Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director
- Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement
About You
You’ll embody our values — caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in everything you do. Our ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in Care Home management roles
- Hold a Nursing Qualification with an active NMC pin
- Be experienced in supporting homes at a regional level
- Demonstrate strong staff supervision and development skills
- Hold NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes
This role requires:
- A DBS Disclosure check (funded by Avery Healthcare)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
