We are looking for a proactive Contracts Co‑ordinator to support and lead contract management across our organisation. You will manage contractual relationships, oversee procurement and tender processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving commercial performance. In this role, you will work closely with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards and internal teams to negotiate contracts, manage tenders, and support occupancy growth through effective fee negotiations and strong stakeholder relationships. You will also play a key role in maintaining contract documentation, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting commissioning for new services. This is a fast‑paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities. About the Role
As Contracts Co‑ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s contract management and procurement activity, ensuring contracts are effectively managed, commercially optimised and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
About You

Ability to plan, manage and organise a busy workload. Ability to meet deadlines & prioritise objectives. Establish good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
