As our Regional Decorator, you’ll be the creative force behind the look and feel of our care homes. You’ll carry out decoration and improvement works across our Avery Healthcare Group, helping ensure our spaces are as welcoming and uplifting as the people in them.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Sourcing materials and equipment for decoration projects
- Collaborating with Estates, Care Home, and Regional Directors to plan and deliver improvements
- Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Conducting regular inspections and producing detailed reports on completed works

- Have solid knowledge across traditional building trades
- Understand Health & Safety practices, including Moving & Handling and COSHH
