About the Role
The Maintenance Coordinator will focus on maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, and overseeing building upkeep.
Responsibilities include:
- Promptly resolving maintenance concerns using knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems, equipment repairs, and interior/exterior finishes.
- Engaging with approved contractors and sourcing alternative suppliers as needed.
- Handling emergencies related to building fabric or systems.
- Managing the Maintenance Assistant, including supervision, objective setting, annual reviews, and holiday approvals.
