We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor who can help us raise standards and deliver exceptional care across our homes. In this role, you will audit services, provide clear feedback, and create practical action plans that drive improvement and help us achieve outstanding outcomes. As part of your day-to-day work, you will visit homes across your region to review quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and produce detailed reports that give a clear picture of performance. Your reports will not only highlight what is working well but also provide actionable steps to ensure every home meets the highest standards. You will work closely with operational and quality teams, supporting them to implement changes and achieve excellence. By spotting trends and sharing insights with senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping continuous improvement across the business.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate our commitment to quality by working with integrity, showing compassion, and supporting others to achieve the very best outcomes. You will lead by example, treating everyone with respect and accountability in everything you do.
Our Ideal Candidate Must:
- Be a Registered Nurse or have experience in the completion of quality assurance audits in a care home environment
- Have experience of completion of quality audits in health and social care across a geographic area
- Have knowledge and understanding of Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) Regulations
- Be able to work collaboratively across the business
