We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Learning and Development Facilitator. This role will involve overseeing our homes in the following locations: Herne Bay, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Seven Oaks, Beckenham, Sidcup, and Bexley Heath. ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance and quality within our homes through delivery of quality assured training to our team. You will be ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics
  • Identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Planning and designing engaging learning courses and content
  • Facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, both face-to-face and virtually, accurately recording training sessions in the LMS
  • Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training

  • Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector
  • Experience in adult social care and related qualifications
  • Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar)
  • A UK driving licence and own transport
